Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes.
We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.
As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

La proposta gastronomica include piatti della tradizione rivisitati e preparazioni stagionali, con attenzione alla presentazione e alla qualità delle materie prime. We are a small restaurant in the center of Bagnoregio. Since 1986 we have always been looking for quality products,
we have selected excellent local products and it was never enough that they were only good, we were looking for the best possible.
For this reason we have selected only small producers of cured meats and cheeses who favor quality over quantity and still use those slow aging that allow the unmistakable rich and delicate flavors of the past.
For thirty years we have been making sure that all this finds its right place.

L'auberge communale
L’Auberge communale de Ballens se trouve dans le charmant village de Ballens (VD), situé à 15 min de Morges et proche des transports publics. Venez déguster un bon repas dans notre restaurant « Chez Giuseppe ». Vous pouvez également séjourner à l’Auberge communale de Ballens et profitez d’une belle nuit de repos dans un endroit paisible.
Le restaurant a une capacité de 60 places intérieures et possède une jolie terrasse.

Non abbiamo bisogno di usare grassi idrogenati, salse industriali, glutammato o, peggio ancora, alimenti geneticamente modificati per rendere gustosi gli alimenti da noi preparati.
A rendere indimenticabili le nostre pietanze bastano gli ingredienti naturali che selezioniamo accuratamente, la nostra cura e la nostra fantasia nel prepararli e nel presentarli.
Abbiamo tanto a cuore la natura e l'ambiente, in tutte le sue sfaccettature, che poniamo attenzione anche a tutti i materiali usati da FLB, nella tensione al miglioramento continuo verso una piena ecocompatibilità.
